Save the Date
Just a quick note that, if you're anywhere near New York City on Saturday, September 26, the Storefront for Art and Architecture will be hosting an all-day party marking the North American launch of The BLDGBLOG Book. With any luck, as well, the NY-based architects, photographers, writers, and designers whose ideas, words, or images appear in the book will be able to stop in and present their recent work that day – and there will be music, drinks, books for sale, etc. etc.
Stay tuned for more details, but, for now, just save the date! I'd love to see some of you there.

I have been waiting for this announcement...I'm halfway through the book now (it's my subway reading) and have enjoyed it thoroughly so far. I'm hoping to fill up some of the autograph pages at the event?! Zaha Hadid maybe? The Mole Man of Hackney? I won't tell a soul...
Quick note in return: You're Book of the Year over at the Shedworking blog :)
Mountain, that's awesome news! And extremely flattering. Thanks for that.
And, Tyler, great to hear that you're enjoying the book - definitely come by the event (and stock-up on autographs...). See you there.
Your book has gone with me to and from Los Angeles, which compliments the urban speculation for me-- I'm from LA but live in NYC and can't wait for this event!
