The decay rides

These photos of an abandoned amusement park in Japan remind me simultaneously of the recent film *Requiem for a Dream* and of an old black & white horror "classic" called *Carnival of Souls* –


– which has an unintentionally hilarious scene in which the spooked-out heroine refuses to leave her car during an undercarriage check-up...
