what is with the bizzare lighting?
The photographer apparently emits light as he takes pictures... Which means I have no idea! But it's nice.
I think it's long night exposure + less long dusk exposure. + touchups.

Wow, they're beautiful. What a talented photographer.
Might be HDR photography with images across a larger timespan.
The photography is very nice; however, the dwelling and commercial building arrangements are fascinating.
